JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Collaboration and communication between carriers, SSL’s, and customers to collect/disseminate accurate information on shipping details, from providing shipment location, client’s POC, confirming rates, tracking, providing ETA’s and/or reasons for potential delays, etc.
• Submission and confirmation of details for all purchase orders sent to suppliers (i.e., pricing, quantity, vintage, pallet configuration, carrier, ready date and/or noting reason(s) for delay in production or shipping)
• Collaboration and communication between carriers, SSLs, and customers to collect/disseminate accurate information on shipping details, from providing shipment location, client’s POC, confirming rates, tracking, providing ETA’s and/or reasons for potential delays, etc.
• Provide packing slips, intermodal terminal arrival notice, pick-up numbers to carriers whenever necessary.
• Ensure clearing of any port/pier, prepull, railyard fees.
• Submission of all required customs entry documentations (i.e., supplier invoice, labels, CBMA letter, etc.) to customs broker with accurate shipment details for a successful issuing of delivery orders
• Liaise with trucking companies, warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders, broker, Tri-Vin’s Accounts Payable team, and other entities to ensure the accuracy of inventory, orders, shipping, customs entries, invoices, and other documentations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Proper inventory management ensuring products are available when customers need them, reducing lead times and the likelihood of stockouts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in logistics required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Supply Chain Management certification would be a plus.
