"A Cabernet Sauvignon from Agrelo, aged for 15 months in an array of barrels. Measured purplish-red in the glass. The nose presents roasted red pepper, perfumed flowers and shy hints of wood. Flavorful on the palate, it is restrained and juicy, with sharp tannins that make for a live-wire structure. Recently bottled, this will have come together much better in a year."
