The 2020 Santa Barbara Pinot Noir highlights the fruit tones that we have all come to love in Pinot Noir. Beautiful tones of red plum, cherry, and magnolia figs are at the forefront of the aroma as this garnet shaded Pinot Noir opens up in the glass. Secondary aromas of rose petal and claypot lend to the more traditional tones of this historic varietal. Fresh cranberries and a tart cherry like front palate slowly transition to a dry finish, with highlights of cinnamon and clove.
